This home was designed to meet the needs of a growing family. The existing one story house was torn down to make way for a new two story, 3,500 sq. ft. home. With three bedrooms and bathrooms, a master suite with full bath and sitting area, a two-story entry and a great-room comprised of living, dining and kitchen areas, this Cape-Cod style home is reminiscent of the owners East Coast upbringing.
The home is situated on a pie-shaped lot in the prestigious El Medio bluffs neighborhood and has mountain views from the master suite sitting area. Working closely with hands-on clients, the design encompassed meticulous attention to every detail.
